Although his football aspirations may not have come to fruition, his love for fitness remained unwavering. Drawing upon his 15 years of experience in team environments ,7 years of personal training and his unwavering dedication to helping others achieve their desired results, Lamar took the leap and opened Triple Four Fitness. With a deep understanding of the power of fitness and a keen eye for creating an environment that fosters success, Lamar has created a space where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. Through his guidance and expertise, Lamar is committed to helping each person who walks through the doors of Triple Four Fitness achieve the results they truly deserve.

With a decade of personal training experience and a true dedication to the fitness lifestyle, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a trainer. Having coached over 100 clients, both in-person and online, he has honed his skills in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. As a testament to his commitment to continuous learning, Chad is on the verge of completing his university education in strength, conditioning, and sports nutrition.
